I think we (the end users) need a section on the main page called "list of relevant improvements over the original q3a". I haven't found this info anywhere on ioquake3.org.

How is it called now?

ioquake3 or ioQuake3

On its homepage it is called very uniformly ioquake3 (all lower case).

Will ioQuake3 ever support CPU multi-threading or GPU mutli-threading (Will it ever utilize two cores/CPUs or take advantage of SLI/Crossfire)?
