Microsoft Visual Studio 2008

  1. Download/Install [MicroSoft Visual C++ 2008 Express].
  2. Download/Install [MicroSoft DirectX SDK].
  3. Download Tortoise SVN.
  4. Checkout/Build OpenAL.
  5. Checkout/Build SDL.
  6. Point MSVC++ 2008 at OpenAL and SDL.
  7. Checkout the ioQuake3 source tree.
  8. Build ioQuake3.
