Microsoft Visual Studio 2008

  1. Download/Install [MicroSoft Visual C++ 2008 Express].
  2. Download/Install [MicroSoft DirectX SDK].
  3. Download/Install [OpenAL Core SDK]
  4. Download/Install [LibCURL]
  5. Download [Tortoise SVN].
  6. Checkout/Build SDL.
  7. Point MSVC++ 2008 at OpenAL and SDL.
  8. Checkout the ioQuake3 source tree.
  9. Build ioQuake3.
