SV_SendClientGameState() send an entire state?
- What elements of /game aren't shared by the server? That is, which entities in server's /game state aren't sent to client during

- Can a gamestate message be fed into a server game?
- How is a gamestate fed into a client game?
- Can server send and receive demo file with complete state info?
- /cgame module is for rendering game items on client side
- /game moudule is for manipulating game items on the server side
- /game/bg_* is for routines that are shared by "both games"
